7. Returns & Refunds

 

  •  Made-to-order and custom gowns are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to their bespoke nature.

  •  For standard purchases, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags intact.

  •  Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after receiving the returned item.

  •  Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

 

8. Sizing & Alterations

  •  Our gowns follow a standard size guide. Customers should review sizing before placing an order.

  •  Minor alterations may be required for the perfect fit, which is the customer’s responsibility.

  •  Custom sizing may be available upon request for an additional charge.

  •  Customers may purchase gowns for personal use only. Any unauthorized reproduction, alteration, or resale for commercial purposes without prior written approval is a violation of our policies.

  •  The Pinnacler name, logo, and branding are legally protected. Any unauthorized use of our brand identity, including but not limited to product photography, marketing content, and promotional materials, is subject to legal action.
