Missed or Undeliverable Deliveries

 

If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection.

 

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
